These rock formations were formed by rapid erosion during uplift about 25 million years ago, and then later exposed by uplift activity along the San Andreas Fault. In the last 20th Century, they’ve been used countless times to serve as an otherworldly planet and dramatic backdrops for photo shoots.

My friend Jacob took me to this place that I had no idea existed in California. Friends help friends discovery new things.

British Model Freddie Pearson comes to Los Angeles to shoot a spread for Brazil’s Victor Magazine.

Had a chance to shoot with James Yates along with Adam Washington on my new Sony a7s with Leica Lenses. I tried to use every manual prime lens, 25, 35, 50, 85 and 100 macro. I am pretty happy with this new Sony with a silent shutter.
